The application
deadline is January 13th 2013
The pre-selection
will be made by the board of OSTEN and the selected authors will be invited to
provide the original works
The deadline for
sending the original works is February
28th 2013
(please be aware
that only original works will enter the second stage of the selection - made by
the international jury)
Attached is the
application form that should be completed for regular application.
You can do it in one
of the described ways (by your choice):
1. Fulfill the
application form directly into the pdf. document ( you can do it using Adobe
Reader ( http://get.adobe.com/reader ) or Nitro
Reader ( http://www.nitroreader.com )
2. Print out the
application form, fulfill it by hand, scan it and send it to us on our
e-mail: cartoons@osten.com.mk
In both cases - don't
forget to send THE CARTOONS !!!
(preferable format
for originals: A4/A3 and preferable digital format: jpg./ 300dpi - only for the
first stage of the process of selection )
